Do you have minimums?

Not for our Built-ready wood collection, you can order as few as 1. If you're looking for a custom profile, we have a minimum of 10 pieces for metal and 25 pieces for wood.

Are there setup fees?

No - we don’t charge setup fees. At Atomic Taps, we believe in simplicity, clarity and transparency.

How soon will I get my tap handles?

Built-ready wood blanks ship in about 2 days and in some cases, the same day. Check our lead times tab in the menu for current lead times.

Can you help me with artwork?

Artwork printing and application is currently offered for custom orders only.

For Built-ready blank orders, we provide downloadable dielines so you can format your artwork, and source decals through the printer of your choice.

What's the philosophy behind your tap handle designs?

Many polyresin tap handles look cool, but they are not always recognizable. Our tap handle shapes are thoughtfully designed with a logic that balances simplicity, functionality, clarity and optimal branding space. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, we know that large, flat or gently contoured surfaces provide the best canvas for vibrant, detailed artwork - making your brand instantly recognizable from a distance.

Can I track my order after purchase?

Absolutely! Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package in real-time.

What is your guarantee and return policy?

Guarantee & Return Policy

Atomic Taps is committed to quality and doing right by our customers. Here’s our policy:

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will replace the item at no cost once we receive it back.

Exchanges only:

  • For all other returns - including wrong orders or changes of mind - we accept exchanges on blank handles only.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Items must be in like-new condition with no scratches, dents, or signs of use.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Email support@atomictaps.com with your order details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers inside the continental U.S. are responsible for return shipping fees for wrong orders or changes of mind.
  • Defective or damaged items will be exchanged at our cost.
  • Customers outside the continental U.S. are responsible for return shipping fees.

Immediate Replacement Option:

  • If you need a replacement before we receive your return, you may purchase a second unit with shipping covered by us. After we receive the original item, we’ll refund the second purchase.
